This is super simple to set up, you just need to follow a few steps. 

FIRST -  please check your SPAM or JUNK folder for an email from shop@celesty.com 

Every account says "Customer" -- this does not mean you are a customer. 

Click to activate your account and set up your password. 

You'll get another email saying you're registered.

if you try this and it says error- that means you are already activated. try to log in on the menu - and then the black account button -

Hi Brand Ambassadors,

We’re making incredible progress with our full migration to the new Celesty shopping platform, and we want to keep you updated on the latest to help you get up and running faster than ever!

Here’s everything you need to know:

1. New Website Banner for Easy Activation
If you haven’t received an email or activated your account yet, we’ve added a banner at the top of our NEW website: shop.celesty.com.

Look for the message:
“Are you an existing BA or Customer trying to log in?”

Click it, enter your email, and you’ll receive a password reset email to activate your account immediately.

2. Seeing an Error Message When You Enter the Email?
If you get an error when trying to activate your account via the banner, it likely means your account is already active.

Try this:
•Go to the menu on the left
•Click Log in
•Attempt to log in using your email and password

3. Already Activated or Received Your Email?
If you already activated your account or received your invitation, go to shop.celesty.com, click the menu on the left-hand side, and choose Log in to access your account.

4. Unsure If You’re Logged In as a BA or Customer?
Here’s a quick test:
•Log in at shop.celesty.com
•Add any product to your cart
•Begin the checkout process

If you see a 25% base discount at checkout applied to your order, you’re logged in as a BA.

5. Need Your Shopping Link?
Until our new BA back office launches, here’s a quick workaround to find your personalized shopping link:

•Go to shop.celesty.com
•Click “Change Enroller” at the top
•Search for your name or business name
•Once you find it, click it—this will take you to your unique shop link
•Copy the web address from the browser to share your personal shopping link!

6. Temporary Pause on New BA Enrollments
To ensure the best possible experience for our new Brand Ambassadors, we’ve temporarily paused the enrollment page on our new website. We’re taking this time to fine tune the process so that every new BA:

•Has a smooth and confident enrollment experience
•Can easily locate their BA info post-enrollment
•Is accurately recognized and in our new system

This pause is not expected to last long, and we’ll keep you fully updated as we make these improvements.

7. It’s Go Time!
We will continue to work on our activations and migrations for all of our amazing BAs and customers who haven’t done so.

We’re also actively:

•Troubleshooting isolated issues on a case-by-case basis
•Improving the enrollment process and pathways
•Tweaking website functionality and refining our exclusive offers area

Our Back Office is HERE and we couldn’t be more excited!!

This is a huge step forward and it’s finally ready for you to explore!

Here’s how to check it out:

Log in to your shop site Go to the menu and click Account Click on Go to Back Office Log in using your Brand Ambassador email + password You’re in!!

You’ll be able to see your link, check out your dashboard, and start navigating all the tools available.

important -- Some features are still being loaded (they’re making it just right for us), but go ahead and take a peek—you’re going to love what’s coming.
